​The Why?

Keto.Kitchen came about in a difficult time in my life.

Being a Type 1 diabetic isnt easy 

Not to mention the complications of it, but I also have Fibromyalgia. Which honestly isnt fun.

Having resigned myself to boring and mostly bland ketogenic food, that cost a lot for what it was. 

I decided that enough was enough!

I started a mission to make tasty and reasonably priced ketogenic food that was suitable for a keto diet, 

yet full of protein and was reasonably priced!

Next was the experimentation process.....

I did lots of research on different flours and each came with its difficulties. 

I decided almond and coconut flour were the most readily available.

 

Granted it wasn't cheap to bulk buy but I was sure the end result would justify the cause!

Cue hours of baking and trialling recipe after recipe.

Some were unstable and went straight into the bin!

But after focusing a week at a time on each product, (2 weeks for the perfect brownies)

I have completed market research, and now I have started my journey!
